Friday, March 18 at 7:30pm Free GOSPEL CONCERT featuring MIKE O'ROARK Come join us as well-known bluegrass player Mike O’Roark performs his first-ever full gospel concert! Mike plays both guitar and banjo and is one of the finest flat pickers you will ever hear. Throughout his long career, Mike has shared the stage with Conway Twitty, Alan King, Bill Monroe, Earl Scruggs, Lester Flatt, Red Skelton, Ricky Skaggs, Kenny Rogers, Keith Whitley and Alabama, just to name a few. Recently, Mike brought his bluegrass music to the main stage at the Platte County Fair in 2004. The concert will start at 7:30 p.m. and will be free of charge. A love offering will be taken. You will not want to miss this show! Saturday, March 19 at 10:00am COMMUNITY EASTER EGG HUNT We invite everyone to join us for our annual Easter Egg Hunt which is held outside on the church grounds. This is always an exciting event for the children! Saturday, March 19 at 5:30pm Builder's Class Party - Open to Everyone Everyone is invited to the Builder’s Class Party at church on Saturday night. Don and Ina May Fakhoury will be showing slides/video of their trip to Egypt. Dinner will be potluck and we'll start eating at 5:30pm. If you are coming for dinner as well as the program, please bring a dish to share. The program will begin at 6:30 p.m. for those that can't make it for dinner. Sunday, March 20 at 10:15am SPECIAL EASTER CANTATA by GRACE'S CHOIR Come join us on this special Sunday of worshipping God in song! Wednesday, March 23: All Wednesday Activities cancelled Our regular Wednesday activities are cancelled this week, but we encourage everyone to attend the Maundy Thursday service tomorrow night as well as the Easter Sunrise Service on Sunday morning. Thursday, March 24 at 7:00pm MAUNDY THURSDAY Service All are invited to share in a special Maundy Thursday service where we remember and reflect upon the day in which Jesus celebrated the Passover with his disciples, sharing a meal with them which we call the Last Supper. Sunday, March 27 at 6:00am EASTER SUNRISE SERVICE Join us OUTSIDE as Easter day dawns and we celebrate Christ's resurrection through this special early morning service at the Corlin Cook Memorial Area located southeast of the church parking lot.
