Music at Grace
GRACE BAPTIST CHOIR Grace's adult choir performs weekly during the Sunday morning worship time from September through May under the leadership of Ikie Moon and accompanied by Jennifer O’Brien, our church pianist. The adult choir practices on Wednesday evenings at 7:15 from September through May. They perform various styles of music, mostly from contemporary composers, but also some classics from time to time. The choir is made up of lay people who simply love to sing about the Lord; a group of multi-talented individuals who have many diverse interests. They also present a cantata at Christmas time as well as one during the Easter season. Between Memorial Day and Labor Day the choir takes a summer hiatus; however, many choir members will provide solo or smaller group performances during worship throughout the summer.
GRACE PRAISE TEAM The Praise Team leads our congregation in song during the Sunday morning worship service. Music includes both contemporary praise songs and traditional hymns, offering an eclectic mix of musical styles that incorporates the best of both the old and new.
